Getting started

What do I need in Notion?

A task database with at least a title column, a date column, and a done column (checkbox or status). During setup the app lists your databases and asks which column is which. If you don't have one yet, the app can create a ready-made database for you.

The widget isn't in the list

Open the app at least once after installing. Then, on the Home Screen, touch and hold an empty spot, tap Edit, tap Add Widget, and search for Rotina.

Common problems

The widget is empty

Almost always it's the time zone. Rotina shows what is dated today in the zone chosen in settings. If your Notion workspace runs in a different zone than your phone, adjust it under Settings, day time zone.

The widget asks me to reconnect

Your Notion token was revoked or expired. Open the app and reconnect the account: the database you chose and the column mapping stay where they were.

I checked a task off and it came back

Sending to Notion failed, and the app undid the check rather than lie to you. Tap the row again with a connection: whatever is queued goes up on its own once you are back online.

The widget is slow to update

iOS decides when a widget reloads, not the app. Rotina asks for a reload whenever something changes, but the system may delay it to save power. Opening the app forces an update.

Trial and purchase

How does the trial work?

Seven days with everything working, counted from the moment the app is ready to use, not from install. After that, a one-time purchase unlocks the app for good.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.

I got a new iPhone. Do I pay again?

No. In settings, tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID you bought with.

I want a refund

App Store refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to your billing.

Privacy

The short version: your tasks stay between your iPhone and your Notion. The detail is in the privacy policy.
